This is our public response to the statement of Solidarity Collectives (Collectives, SolCol) who have accused us of fraud, financial theft and blackmail.

We are convinced that every accusation must have evidence. SolCol has none and we are surprised at the number of people who believe their lies.

Our Perspective
We are outraged by the actions of yesterday's comrades who are now using slander and destroying our reputation. The conflict lasted for months, and all time we have tried to find a solution that suites everyone, rather than crushing comrades' initiative. But after 2 ultimatums, attempts to redirect the finances, blackmail and extortion by them; after making the conflict public, - we can’t cooperate anymore. Here is a brief chronology of events:

Late January - we put forward a proposal for a volunteer structure.
Early February - despite receiving little response and much skepticism, we began preparations and creation of Operation Solidarity. Even before the invasion began, we had an organization with its own internal and external objectives, functions, and strategy. OpSol wasn’t a spontaneous initiative.
February 24 - the invasion, the beginning of public activity.
End of February - new people coming into the organization.
March 7 - first conflict.
April 14 - the 1st ultimatum from Lviv: they demanded to give them financial and media resources, threatened to leave which meant cease of supply for fighters.
April 23 - misuse and redirection of resources of the organization by current SolCol members.
May 3 and 4 - we initiated meetings about separation, proposing an option for everyone to pursue their activities and not interfere with each other. In response, SolCol began blackmailing us (threatening to slander us in front of the international support network).
May 23 - we had a call with SolCol and the international support network. We faced public slander and coercion to give up resources. In response, we put forward a proposal that gave each initiative the opportunity to develop separately and insisted on it.
May 29 - we gave SolCol equipment, the van and ¾ of the funds in accordance with our proposal.
June 4 - 2nd ultimatum and blackmail. SolCol demanded to give them the remaining finances, threatened to make the conflict public.
June 26 - SolCol spread slander to the support network and foreign comrades, published the statement.

The whole story, the specific participants and proof of our words we’ve given in the large text, which you can get from us by request. Nevertheless, we urge you to refuse to cooperate with the authors of the statement and SolCol itself. We admit our mistakes and impulsive actions and take responsibility for them. But we are terribly ashamed that the conflict has become public, that instead of publishing reports about good actions we have to respond to the lies of yesterday's comrades. There are too many problems in Ukraine to stir up conflicts and make public proceedings. The repressive potential and the authoritarian nature of the state have increased in recent months; right wingers are still strong and only gaining popularity; the Movement is stagnating. Therefore, today more than ever, it’s necessary to develop and strengthen it.

A New Project
We don’t want to waste our time on pointless feuds. That is why the remaining funds were used to launch a new, non-public collective project, which will last for at least 1 year. During this time we plan to lay the theoretical and practical foundations of a sustainable and organized Movement in Ukraine; to systematize past activist and organizational experience, making it accessible for new generations of activists. We want to see liberated, self-govern and self-organized Ukraine.

Ми отримали багато скарг на нашу звітну публікацію, через що сервіс заблокував сторінку. Ми не планували цього і вже працюємо над її відновленням.

You might have noticed that our Instagram page was shutted down. We are in conflict with Solidarity Collectives and think that could happened because of their actions. We have a very important post and we ask you to read it.

Since the invasion began, we have done a gigantic job: equipping and supplying fighters, delivering humanitarian aid to war-stricken areas, supporting those in difficulty, and trying to organize a refugee community. All this became possible because of you! Thousands of people, many communities, groups, initiatives and organizations from all corners of the world, united by a sense of solidarity and the belief that a world without war, poverty and violence is possible. We want to express our deep gratitude and share the results of our activities:

From February 24 to June 1, we spent: 2,230,626 ₴ / 59680 €
Of which for military causes: 1,573,385 ₴ / 41,404 €
For infrastructure and team people support (office, 2 warehouses, volunteer housing): 513,998 ₴ / 13526 €
For targeted aid - 128,162 ₴ / 3,372 €
For humanitarian aid (mostly spent on fuel for comrades who brought humanitarian aid) - 15,081 ₴ / 397 €

Maintained 200+ fighters all over Ukraine.
Participated/supported/organized 9 humanitarian trips to Kyiv & Chernihiv regions.
Cooperated with ЕCOPLATFORM, Social Movement, RE:SEW coop, NGO PORYAD, Command A, DISTRICT #1, Ferrets on Guard, Kharkiv Hardcore Help, Lviv Vegan Kitchen, Helping to Leave and other local initiatives, which we may forget to mention. Our special thanks go to Black Mosquito, ABC-Dresden, ABC-Warsaw, ABC-Galicia and many other groups who helped us.

We reported only through June 1 and, as you may have noticed, the number of publications has decreased a lot lately. This is due to our fatigue and a long internal conflict. We have to announce that OS in its usual form cease to exist and our social media temporarily stop. We had to split up and most of the remaining money (84%) was given to a new initiative, Solidarity Collectives. We recommend donating to them only if you are absolutely sure what your money will go to. The rest of sum (16%) is used for launching a new project. We want to develop the Movement and not waste our energy on pointless feuds. But in the near future we will share our view of the situation for concerned comrades.
All this may sound sad, but OS has accomplished its maintenance goals, we have had an excellent experience of self-organization, we’ve learned valuable lessons and played our historical role.
Finally, we want to give a list of proven friendly initiatives and urge you to support them.

У нас очень важный пост и мы просим прочитать его.

С момента начала вторжения мы проделали гигантскую работу: экипировали и обеспечивали бойцов, доставляли гуманитарную помощь в пострадавшие от войны районы, поддерживали тех, кто оказался в трудном положении, пытались организовать беженское сообщество. Всё это стало возможно благодаря вам! Тысячам людей, множествам комьюнити, групп, инициатив и организаций со всех уголков планеты, объединённых чувством солидарности и веры в то, что мир без войн, нищеты и насилия возможен. Мы хотим выразить глубокую благодарность и поделиться итогами нашей деятельности:

С 24 февраля по 1 июня мы потратили: 2,230,626 ₴ / 59680 €
Из них на военное обеспечение: 1,573,385 ₴ / 41,404 €
На поддержку инфраструктуры и людей в команде (офис, 2 склада, жильё для волонтёров): 513,998 ₴ / 13,526 €
На адресную помощь — 128,162 ₴ / 3372 €
На гуманитарную помощь (в основном ушло на топливо для товарищей, которые привозили гуманитарную помощь) — 15,081 ₴ / 397 €

Обеспечили 200+ бойцов по всей Украине.
Участвовали/поддержали/организовали 9 гуманитарных поездок по Киевской и Черниговской областям.
Кооперировались с ЕКОПЛАТФОРМОЙ, СоцРухом, кооперативом RE:SEW, ГО "PORYAD", "Команда А", DISTRICT #1, Ferrets on Guard, Kharkiv Hardcore Help, Lviv Vegan Kitchen, Helping to Leave и другими местными инициативами, которые могли забыть упомянуть. Особую благодарность хотим выразить коллективам Black Mosquito, АЧК-Дрезден, АЧК-Варшава, АЧК-Галиция и многим другим группам, которые оказали нам помощь.

Отчётность приведена до 1 июня и, как вы могли заметить, в последнее время количество публикаций сильно сократилось. Это связано с нашей усталостью и долгим внутренним конфликтом, из-за которого OS в своём привычном виде прекращает существование, а соцсети приостанавливают работу. Нам пришлось разделиться и большая часть оставшихся денег (84%) была передана новой инициативе - «Коллективам Солидарности». Рекомендуем донатить им только если вы абсолютно уверены в том, на что пойдут ваши деньги. Остальная часть средств (16%) используется для запуска нового проекта. Мы хотим развивать Движение, а не тратить силы на бессмысленную вражду. Но в ближайшее время поделимся своим видением ситуации для обеспокоенных товарищей.
Всё это может звучать грустно, но OS выполнила поставленные задачи обеспечения, мы получили отличный опыт самоорганизации, вынесли ценные уроки и сыграли свою историческую роль.
В конце хотим перечислить проверенные дружественные инициативы и призвать поддерживать их.
